We specialize in helping Information Technology, BFS and Semiconductor Manufacturing verticals with lead generation and market intelligence services. Our expertise lies in pipeline building for solutions around, IoT, Cloud, Cyber Security, Customer Experience, ERP, HR-Tech, Fin-Tech and GenAI.
About this role?
This opportunity is for our Tier 1 Technology Client. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be a hunter responsible for pipeline building on larger and more strategic opportunities. This includes outbound prospecting/lead generation and nurturing sales leads from first contact all the way through setting up appointments. You will be closely working with business development, customer success, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
- Appointment Setting : Contact potential clients, understand their needs, and set appointments for the sales team.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- CRM Management : Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
Required Skills :
- Cold Calling : Proven experience and success in International cold calling and setting appointments in regions like North America, EMEA, APAC and EU.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Acumen : Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Persistence : Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Research Skills : Ability to conduct thorough market research and gather relevant data.
- Time Management : Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Team Player : Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with different teams.
Must Have :
- Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling.
- International experience in regions like North America, EMEA, APAC and EU
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the B2B industry.
