Job Overview :

We are hiring SDRs to join us in our quest to provide Lead Generation and Sales Consulting expertise for B2B(SaaS) companies within the Start-up and SME space.

Who are we looking for?

Energetic self-starters with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. In your role, you will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

At Leadle, you will :

1. Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for client partners

2. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

3. Consistently achieve the monthly quota of qualified opportunities

4. Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, automation tools like Outplay, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales navigator, Pipedrive CRM)

Must-haves :

1. Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in roles generating B2B leads by running email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling

2. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a commanding desire to learn and succeed can also apply

3. Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via cold calling

4. Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills

5. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

6. Drive to work and excel independently

7. Active on LinkedIn

8. Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field

9. Fast learner with excellent time management and organizational skills

10. Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

11. Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions (especially US Shift)

Good to have :

1. Experience working in SaaS, B2B, and Tech backgrounds or relevant experience

2. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs like Pipedrive/Zoho/Salesforce

3. Strong ability to engage and build rapport with prospects

4. Competitive - the attitude to outwork everyone around and drive to perform beyond expectations

5. Passionate, energetic, and persuasive

6. Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejections

7. Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Ability to learn new concepts quickly

8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teams

9. Flexible, coachable, and able to adjust on the fly. Willing to deliver and receive feedback

10. Proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets
