Leadership Role - Inside Sales - IT (12-15 yrs)
As a Leadership Role (inside Sales (US Shifts)), you will help clients take the lead in their transformation journey, supported by RGT's deep industry expertise and experience of managing similar customer journeys across different industry verticals.

Responsibilities:
- Sells complex solutions, products and services for a set of assigned accounts. Provides input in developing sales strategy and quota forecasts for assigned accounts. Sell independently.
- Creates account plan and provides recommendation for an assigned complex account
- Proactively generates, qualifies and reviews new leads to drive higher sales opportunities and closure; may work with partners to ensure a smooth sales transaction.
- Understands client's requirements and leverages good knowledge of company's portfolio of products and services to competitively position company to meet the needs to drive new acquisitions and/or promote retention
- Leads targeted sales pipeline building, forecasts and plans data driven sales activity
- May provide coaching to team members.
Qualifications or Experience Needed:
- 12+ years of B2B/business software sales experience in an individual contributor role, including 8+ years sales management experience
- Industry experience in SaaS companies, Consulting, IT project manager shall be preferred.
- Successful track record of consistently hitting quota in a high-volume transaction sales environment
- Experience managing and executing in a pre-defined sale model (Optional)
- Experience with a CRM solution (we use Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Web Conferencing Technology (we use Microsoft Teams)
- Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
