The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily/monthly targets.
- Interaction with Retailers & Channel Partners; Adhere to KYC process.
- Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks and providing support to team members if they have any concern.
- Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
- Share daily day end reports with ASM
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Marketing Communications within Telecommunications industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
