Lead - UpSelling - VAS - Visa Processing (3-6 yrs)
- Graduate or Global Equivalent degree
- Bilingual Language (French/Spanish/Arabic/Italian/Chinese)
- Must have Good command over English Language
- 3 to 4 years of work experience in Customer Service/Customer Care Industry
- Should have Up / Cross Selling experience
- Experience in handling a team of people and process
- Customer Orientation
- Communications Skill (Verbal & Non - verbal)
- Should be flexible and able to do multi-task
