Experience: 12 - 18 Years
Must Have
- Min of 7 - 8 years of recent experience in the Paints/Coatings Manufacturing industry (candidates from the inks industry are not suitable).
Should have BD experience.
- Ability to handle techno-commercial services, Capable of developing customers and products in consultation with cross-functional teams.
- Should have experience in technical service related to paints & coatings, including formulation knowledge.
Educational Qualification: Must have a B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech degree.
- Open to traveling for client meetings and business development activities.
- Excellent communication skills
Role Purpose:
- Grow business in Paints/Coatings applications with existing/new customers with existing/new products and create partnerships with target customers in providing solutions.
Increase of Specialty Black sales volume and contribution and establish PCBL as a preferred partner.
Key Results Area:
- To drive business growth plan set till FY30 in Paints/Coatings. Lead new business development in India and International Market.
- Product approvals to Paints/Coatings customers.
- To resolve customer complaints within the stipulated time.
- New product development.
- Technical support- To understand customer's stated & implied need.
