Lead - Telecalling (0-2 yrs)
- Single point contact for in-bound and outbound telecalling for customers
- Create exhaustive database and build new customers in B2B and B2C space
- Lead conversions across digital and BTL marketing initiatives for the company working with sales and operations team
- Daily reporting of sales funnel for better monitoring
- Work closely with co-founders for new initiatives e.g. Process improvements and CRM
