Lead - Strategic Alliance - FinTech (7-15 yrs)
Drive Business development and management of key relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications, and strategy development with Merchant Partners Pitch Product and empanel Merchants with organisation to widen the horizon and scope of servicing the users .
Skills & Experience :
- Proven results of exceeding targets in previous organisations
- Existing relationships with key decision makers in the organisations is an added advantage
- Should be able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; meet established deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment as per the need of the hour
Requirements :
- Experience delivering frontline customer service
- Demonstrated understanding of common customer service tools and processes
- A track record of business process improvement using latest technology
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills
- Experience in scheduling and forecasting
- Ability to analyze and identify improvements in service systems
- Experience in managing cross-team projects to completion
