Lead - Social Media - Financial Services (4-5 yrs)
1. Strategy Development :
a. Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Gromo's business goals and brand identity.
b. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
2. Content Creation :
a. Create engaging and high-quality content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
b. Work with internal teams and external partners to produce videos, graphics, and written content.
3. Community Management :
a. Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering discussions.
b. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
4. Performance Tracking :
a. Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
b. Use analytics tools to gain insights and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.
c. Publish weekly social media dashboard for top management and stakeholders.
5. Collaboration :
a. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to social media marketing.
b. Coordinate with influencers and other stakeholders to amplify Gromo's reach.
Qualifications :
- 4-5 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the finance or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content.
