Lead - Social Media - BFS (6-9 yrs)
- Lead the content, communication and campaigns on Social Media for acquiring new fans/subscribers, drive engagement and organic web traffic
- Scaling up brand campaigns across social media platforms to achieve business objectives & defined KPIs
- Scaling content across Social Media platforms to drive audience engagement and traffic to website
- Support to carve the pre-defined brand positioning communication on Social Media
- Scale up company news, themes, topical & moment content on a regular basis
- Implementation of tools to drive efficiencies and deeper insights on platforms
- Track competition numbers, new initiatives and competitive benchmarking on a monthly basis
- Scale-up YouTube Platform through content, SEO optimization and key initiatives to make the platform a success for us
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, tech and Brand & Content Team for scaling social initiatives
- New process implementation to build efficiencies for Social Media efforts
- Daily social media operation management
- Ensure the ORM efforts are implemented to drive the positive brand reputation across Digital Platforms
- Implement the daily response management to queries
- Liaise with Customer Support, Tech, Sales & Revenue team for addressing customer query resolution
- Managing the TAT for first level responses and bringing efficiencies in overall TAT responses
- Implementing new platform integration with ORM tool for broader response management
- Platform review and reporting from time to time
- Reporting & Agency Management
