Lead - SF Promotion & Events - FMCG (6-9 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Conceptualize and design SF Promotions Calendar that motivates and engages the Salesforce and enables achievement of KPIs
- Propose and design a creative theme for each month
- Design and create a promotional calendar in sync with Product and Category team, Training and Sales team
- Analyze effectiveness of previous years promotions, Use MIS to analyze and design promotions
- Identify and plan products for SF promotions usage, this includes- identification, production, imports, forecasting and ensuring the availability of the products
- Manage the budget and Gross Profit (GP) for the Sales force promotions
- Conceptualization, theme and design of Sales force Collaterals - Briefing the brand team and developing the sales force targeted collaterals
- Managing end-to-end for Non-Tupperware gifts/ other incentives like gift cards for SF promotions
- Propose exclusive non-Tupperware products / other incentives to be offered as part of the SF promotions
- Negotiation with the vendors
- Handle procurement, activation and dispatch and also support in issue resolution related to them
- Follow up with warehouse to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products from vendors to the eligible Sales Force
- Conceptualize & developing the theme, design & creative for events targeting the Sales force which includes Consultants, Managers & Distributors, This also includes execution and coordination with events agencies and vendors
- Plan, procure and initiate movement of the gifts/ collaterals
Other duties and responsibilities
- Monitor SF promotions- effectiveness, gather feedback and make regular recommendations for improvement
- Ensuring on time communication to the Sales Force on regular basis.
Desired Profile
Qualification : MBA from reputed College
Knowledge :
