Job responsibilities:

1. Strategic Technology Leadership:-

- Develop and implement long-term IT strategy aligned with organizational business objectives.

- Create roadmaps for digital transformation and technological innovation.

- Oversee the design and implementation of complex IT infrastructure and solution architectures.

- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that can provide competitive advantages.

2. Portfolio Management:-

- Manage and optimize the IT solutions and services portfolio.

- Develop comprehensive service delivery models.

- Ensure alignment of IT services with business requirements.

- Conduct regular portfolio assessments and performance evaluations.

3. Technical Governance and Architecture:-

- Establish and maintain enterprise-wide technical standards and best practices.

- Design and implement robust governance frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.

- Lead architectural review boards and technical decision-making processes.

4. Business Relationship Management:-

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, clients, and technology partners.

- Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.

- Negotiate and manage high-stakes technology contracts and service level agreements.

5. Innovation and Transformation:-

- Drive digital transformation initiatives.

- Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies like cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity solutions.

- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and technological advancement.

Job Specifications:

Sales Strategy and Execution:-

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting mid and large enterprise segments.

- Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities in key industry verticals.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of enterprise-level clients.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop tailored solution proposals.

- Negotiate and close complex enterprise-level technology solution deals.

Client Relationship Management:-

- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

- Understand client business challenges and map innovative IT solutions to their strategic objectives.

- Provide end-to-end sales support from initial contact to contract closure.

- Act as the primary point of contact for major enterprise accounts.

- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure comprehensive solution design.

Business Development:-

- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach.

- Conduct strategic market research to identify emerging business opportunities.

- Develop comprehensive account penetration strategies for key enterprise clients.

- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Certification :

- ITIL Expert Certification /PMP (Project Management Professional).
