Lead/Senior Executive - Account Management - IT Staff Augmentation (3-6 yrs)

InnovationM is an end-to end technology solution provider, we provide specialized design & development services in the technology space focusing on an end to end solution development (e.g. product development & custom application development) on mobile, web, middleware & server back-end. We have successfully built many web and mobile solutions for big brands like British Council, Domino- s, Dunkin- Donuts, Lenskart, OLX, e Tolling Solutions for National Highways (the one which you use in Delhi / NCR), Gatwick Airport (London), Mount Sinai Hospital (one of the biggest children's hospitals in New York). We do mostly development projects and believe in adopting the modern technologies and frameworks in the shortest possible time.
What you will be doing:
-Managing existing client relationships and growing the business from IT staff augmentation perspective
- Should be comfortable with visiting existing clients to strengthen our ties, build relationships and generate new business.
- Should be able to handle multiple accounts/clients and build positive relationships
- Should have experience in team management and management reporting.
- Creating/exploring new business opportunities w.r.t resource fulfillment / development projects for clients.
- Should be able to coordinate between internal resourcing/delivery team.
- Managing current clients w.r.t their billing (invoice creation), payment follow-ups, etc.
- Daily responsibilities include managing a team of account managers to source profiles staffing agencies etc., screening profiles for requirements, sharing suitable profiles with clients, following up with clients etc.
- Answer client queries and monitor vendors
What you must be good at:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the Bangalore Market.
- Experience with contractual staffing for Bangalore market is highly preferred
- Proven Business development/account management experience with recruitment background and staff augmentation environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients/requirements at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
