Lead/Senior Development Role - Sales - FinTech (5-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients in specific industries or verticals that align with our solutions & value proposition.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospects & business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the benefits of our B2B payments solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and sales strategies.
- Articulate the technical and business value of our solutions, addressing customer questions and objections.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and forecasting sales activities.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients while adhering to company guidelines.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale, fostering a positive customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
Requirements :
- BBA/MBA
- 5+ years of successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech company or product startup.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced ,dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross- functionally to achieve common goals.
