- As an SEO lead at a D2C brand startup, your role will be to develop and implement a comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for the company's website and online presence.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role may include :
- Conducting keyword research to identify target keywords for the brand's products and services.
- Optimizing the brand's website and landing pages for targeted keywords, including on-page optimization and content creation.
- Developing and implementing a link-building strategy to increase the brand's visibility and authority in search engines.
- Using SEO tools and analytics to track the brand's search engine performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate SEO into the overall marketing strategy.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices and industry trends, and using this knowledge to improve the brand's search engine performance continually.
- Providing guidance and support to the rest of the team on SEO best practices and techniques.
- In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques, as well as experience using SEO tools and analytics to track and improve search engine performance.
- You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
