Lead - Search Engine Optimization (5-12 yrs)
We are looking for a problem solver who understands how businesses works and is hands on with latest SEO practices.
- Primary point of contact for clients
- Brainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategies
- Review, analyse and send the Weekly & Monthly reports to the clients
- Communicate with team and management and clients on all projects, timelines, and results
- Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team
- Understands the technical SEO aspect and coordinates with the tech team (inhouse/client side) to implement the changes required.
- Deriving processes and execution strategies for the new methods of link generation
- Deriving processes and execution strategies content marketing
- Deep understanding of Google 360
- Setup Google Analytics accounts, Create Custom Dashboard, Custom Reports, Funnel Reports, Roll- up Reports,, views, dashboards, filtering, attribute funnels, goals, Alerts and automate the delivery of these reports as required.
- Obsessively audit data in Google Analytics (GA), troubleshoot issues, present solutions and oversee changes
- Take full responsibility for adoption of best practices in SEO across teams (weekly tip emails, feature roadmaps, etc.)
- Conduct weekly and monthly team trainings
- Conduct Monthly interdepartmental trainings
- Train employees of all skill levels on how to leverage Google Analytics to drive business decisions
- Maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) accounts and keep them organized and logically sound
- Develop scalable and repeatable Google Analytics implementation methods
- Support / lead use or implementation of other Google 360 Products (i.e. Experiment, others
Key Competencies Required:
- Prior experience of working in a similar Digital Agency and of handling multiple high priority accounts end to end.
- Experience in managing large enterprise or eCommerce websites
- Ability to analyse the Insights from social channels and optimize the work accordingly.
- Knowledge of working on tools.
- Good presentation skills & knowledge of Brands/Agencies
- Constantly keeping an eye in Industry Updates
- Go Getter Attitude with good Leadership abilities
- Strong Convincing Skills
- High on Integrity and Business Ethics
- Work independently, should be able to handle stress and pressure at times
- Pleasant personality with a strong communication skill to be able to present to senior and executive level corporate & decision makers

Salary : Rs. 8-10 Lakhs (depends on Skills and Experience).
Qualification: Minimum Graduation is required. Candidates with master's or any other additional qualifications will be preferred.
