Lead School - Executive - Customer Care (1-5 yrs)
- Handing emails & calls & take ownership of customer issues
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers and ensure customer delight
- Minimum 2 years of customer support or Contact center Experience
- Can Speak Tamil or Telugu or Kannada
