The role of Lead/Sales Development Representative Lead (LDR/SDR Lead) for a Travel Tech Company in Chennai

1. Key Skills: Team Lead/Handling, Lead Generation, Sales Development, Customer Acquisition, Sales Operations, Cold Calling

2. Relevant Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years

3. Notice Period: Immediate or minimum of 30 days

4. Work Mode: Work from Office; 6 days a week (general shift timing)

5. Work Location: T Nagar, Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Work with pre-sales + marketing teams to plan for daily, weekly, and monthly leads

- Work with analytics team to get accurate, real-time visibility of funnel performance

- Use data and reports to make decisions about bottlenecks in the sales process

- Comparing individual performances within a sales team

- Own forecasting to help your team with $ visibility

- Partner with the Sales and Marketing departments to refine the lead qualification process

- Solving for Lead Allocation at scale - both from a tech and a process standpoint

- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business

- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment

- Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting

Experience & Expectations:

- Street smart and get things done DNA

- A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills

- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Understanding of the online advertising industry and ecosystem

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations

- Strong understanding of the funnel, levers that affect conversion

- Prior team handling experience is a bonus

- Should be flexible in working during the weekend and should be capable of handling the team remotely
