The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Analyzing the US market to identify key opportunities and define and implement our entry strategy for optimal market penetration
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential partners in the US market to drive revenue growth.
- Hiring, training, and managing a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Setting clear KPIs and sales targets, ensuring the team's alignment with company goals.
- Fostering a high-performance sales culture through coaching, feedback, and continuous learning opportunities
- Providing regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and market feedback to senior leadership.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and experience.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 10+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally to IT Managers, CISOs & CTOs
- You have a proven track record in developing and executing Go-to-market strategies and driving sales for the US market
- You possess prior experience driving 0-1 growth journey for SaaS products
- You are experienced in building and running high-performing sales teams
- You are an entrepreneurial, structured-thinking, and goal-oriented professional
