Lead - Sales Planning & Automation - IT (8-12 yrs)
- You will be responsible for sales planning of automation needs for sales operations and aligning with commercial strategy. Lead project development and execution. Driving automation adoption and engaging with key users for training and enhancements.
- Identifying biz intelligence priorities for data analytics and visualization at an Organizational level for commercial teams.
- Drive BI transformation projects and lead change management for end users. Engage with data owners on development and maintenance of biz dashboard and data ingestion Projects.
- Prioritization of all Distributor management systems & sales force automation. Stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, Supplychain and IT functions.
