Lead - Sales - Pharma (10-30 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on prospective clients, pursue leads and move them through sales cycle.
- Develop long term relationships with clients across Pharma, CROs, Biotech etc. based out of USA.
- Develops account strategies for all appropriate clients. Anticipates and identifies client challenges, real and perceived, and partners with the appropriate operations
- team leader to provide solutions in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Maintains up-to-date and accurate records within the sales databases, for accounts (active and targeted) within geographic territory. This includes items such as account profiles, individual contact details, opportunities, and communications.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients as needed.
- Collaborates with the company leadership team and operational leaders to establish goals for the development and growth of the FSP / Staffing business.
- Creates annual and long-term business plans for accounts; Implements and reviews monthly objectives of the action plan.
- Building a lead generation team; Motivating and communicating with the Lead Gen team on sales action goals and objectives.
- Reviews plans on a quarterly basis to include adjustments as required.
- Maintains professional and up-to-date knowledge in the Company's services capabilities (Biometrics - Statistics, Statistical programming, Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, medical writing, etc.)
- Refreshing materials for outreach campaigns, including infographics, one pagers and overall presentations
- Serve as a basis for providing value added services to all appropriate clients. Including Staffing, Trainings, Digital solutions business.
- Training & monitoring Lead Gen team.
- Actively attend conferences and industry events to establish client relationships, improve company visibility and promote services.
- Delivery of weekly/monthly reports to management on ROI and hit rates. Also, quarterly plans on how to adapt and target new companies.
- Timely Expense Reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree in a Sciences / Pharma / Engineering or related fields.
- 10+ years- experience in lead Sales position.
- Location - Hyderabad, India.
- Should be pro-active, have strong work ethic and is hungry to grow.
- Soft skills- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, teamwork, and passion towards sales.
- Have a passion for the staffing industry and have a desire to help people reach their career goals.
- Preferably B1/B2 visa holder
- Preferably experience in CROs or pharma
- Demonstrated experience or an understanding or willingness to learn the clinical / pharma / life sciences /biometrics industry.
- Requires strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail with superior presentation, documentation, negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented approach.
