Lead - Sales Operations (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

As a Sales Operations executive :

- You will be responsible for Analysis of sales related data to increase overall sales productivity

- Provide support for various Sales/Account reviews

- Maintain the data to forecast the deal closure and revenues within strict timelines

- Efficient data management to make sure it is clean, accurate and complete

- Should maintain every week additions in the sales pipeline sheet and share it with the management

- Prepare a weekly presentation to show the revenue growth and forecast to the management

- Should maintain the sales incentive compensation programs of target vs achievements

- Maintain sales commits and order book status

- Proficient with Systems and Tools (e.g. CRM like SalesForce.com (SFDC), SAP

- Create and maintain a track record of SO and Invoice for daily order book

- Monitor the revenue sheet and aligned with finance for receivables

- Update the CRM / Salesforce systems with the latest territory assignments.

- Ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion

- Ensure that every proposal and pricing gets reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders

- Suggest an organized framework to prioritize and manage pipeline with the sales leadership team

- Provide support on planning and execution of annual sales conference.

Skills Required : 


- 5 - 8 years experience in a Sales Operations role

- Certification in Salesforce.com

- Global experience in Sales or Sales Operations (EMEA, APAC, AMERICAS) a plus.

- Software/technology experience a plus

- Experience and high proficiency using Salesforce.com

- Influence management skills; ability to work cooperatively at all levels across organizational boundaries to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals

- Superior analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and high growth environment
