Lead - Sales - IT (7-11 yrs)
- We are looking for individuals who have a strong knowledge of the general sales process while excelling in relationship building and negotiating deals. Our ideal candidate should also have pre-sales expertise in SaaS/ Enterprise applications.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding business problems in sales and guiding to solutions.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to identify leads.
- Discuss solutions and its technical aspects with stakeholders of different functional departments.
- Lead a sales team.
- Build relationships with existing customers to continue growth opportunities
- Sell enterprise applications to senior executives of the customer.
- Promote creative approach to generate sales leads.
- Contribute to strategic sales, envision problems from a 360 degree angle and concentrate on enterprise sales.
- Willingness to travel for regular customer meetings and events as frequently as needed.
Skills :
- 7+ years of overall experience with software related sales and consulting services.
- Self-starters who always thrive in learning
- A good understanding of technology, tools and software delivery techniques.
- Strong strategic presentation skills.
- Interfacing with customers and their functional teams to understand the relevant use cases for selling our product.
- Ability to prepare professional documentation to help drive the sales process.
- Communicate and work hand-in-hand with internal technical team members.
- Possess in depth product knowledge and be able to drive customer demonstrations.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and oral.
