Lead - Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, customer service on cyber security solutions and services.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Expand the client base through relationship building, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Schedule and conduct client/prospective client meetings to secure sales, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and obtain work orders.
- Coordinate Proof of Concept (POC) requirements with Product Management, Consulting, and Pre-Sales teams.
- Design marketing solutions to optimize customer success, addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Advocate for customer-centric solutions to enhance client experience.
- Perform quantitative analyses and develop proposals/Statements of Work.
- Generate new business opportunities by collaborating with internal engineering teams.
- Provide market feedback to Product Management regarding product gaps and functionality.
- Communicate with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and other means.
- Develop sales pitches, brochures, and competitive intelligence content.
- Work with multiple stakeholders and act as the voice of the client internally.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent contact and engagement.
Skillset :
- Self-motivated, self-starter attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-backed analysis.
- Hands-on sales skills and experience in selling cybersecurity solutions/services.
- Experience in cybersecurity (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of business implications of team output.
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence and marketing content development.
- Ability to multi-task and handle large amounts of data.
- Strong reporting skills and the ability to drive quality outputs.
- Proficiency in customer engagement, satisfaction, and customer service.
- Experience in using MS Office applications and sales tools.
- Flexibility and teamwork capabilities.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
