Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive to drive growth in our AI-powered SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on the HR industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international markets and a proven track record in selling complex SaaS solutions and AI technologies. With at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, you will play a critical role in expanding our market share globally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and grow Stark.ai's footprint in existing territories.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the HR industry, demonstrating how Stark.ai's solutions can address their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the SaaS and AI sectors.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on SaaS, AI, and/or technology-driven products.
- Proven success in international sales, with a deep understanding of global market dynamics.
- Strong background in selling to the HR industry, with knowledge of HR technologies being a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
