Job Description :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for India, aligning with the company's overall vision and growth objectives.
- Identify key market opportunities and devise targeted sales campaigns for both B2B corporate and hospital segments.
- Achieve sales targets for the team and monitor progress regularly.
- Execute the strategic guidance from the Founders on sales-related matters.
Team Management & Development :
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of high-performing Business Development Executives specializing in B2B corporate and hospital sales.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
Sales Operations & Performance :
- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective resource allocation.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Client Relationships & Partnerships :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across both B2B corporate and hospital segments.
- Represent Pococare at industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
