Position: Sales EV Lead Experience

Business Unit/Division: Automotive Sector - MEAL (Based at Dealerships)

Reports To: Manager EV Sales

Place of Posting: Navi Mumbai & Thane

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

Responsible for customer experience, immersive product demo, store performance and customer satisfaction the same etc.

1. Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.

2. Strong interest in technology, particularly EV/ software products, and agility at learning new products and features.

3. Strong communication skills - ability to converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers Delivering immersive product experience for walk in customers.

4. Provide in depth understanding of features and technology to customers2. Perform test drives with customers.

5. Perform test drives with customers3. Answer objections/ queries posed by customers.

Manage Customer relationships:

1. Generate goodwill by greeting and serving customers promptly and courteously

2. Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with customers to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty

3. Act as SPOC to manage EV customer relationships

Others:

1. Ensure product presentation as per brand & marketing guidelines

2. Upgrade knowledge of EV products and services by training on-the-job and participating in educational and development programs on and off site.

Education: Graduate

Experience (years): 6+ years of experience in auto sales from premium and luxury brands
