Role : Sales Lead - South (TN, KTK, TEL, AP, Kerala)
Location : Bangalore
Duties and Responsibilities :
As Sales Lead you will be responsible for customer acquisition & retention in South India Specifically, the role involves :
- Delivering on agreed sales targets
- Managing, training, motivating and supervising the sales force on a day-to-day basis
- Driving upsell & upgrade in existing school relationships/accounts
- Drive team to ensure on time collections
- Development of new sales initiatives to further grow the top line
- Responsible for execution of corporate initiatives in the region as per the company process & guidelines
- Ensuring compliances of process and safeguard of company assets, brand & reputation in the region
