Lead - Sales - eCommerce (1-6 yrs)
1. Have a clear understanding and experience how ecommerce and Direct to Consumer businesses operate in India. You should at least know how a website is built, how people transact online and what all goes into an eCommerce business from store development to marketing from operations to logistics.
2. Inbound Leads : Manage communication with potential client
- Coordinate with Tech and Marketing teams and engage them
3. Client Closures : Make the potential lead understand as to why Seventh Triangle is better or worse than any other agency. Be honest, objective and rational even at the peril of loosing a potential client.
4. Onboarding : Smooth project initiation and ensure project starts without any hiccup
5. Escalations Management : Manage client escalation during and post sales cycle
6. Outbound Leads : We have not been doing any Outbound Sales activity but we intend to learn that. If you know how it is done, we will learn that from you.
7. Location : Noida (Delhi NCR) or Bangalore - you chose what works for you but this position cannot be remote working.
