Lead - Sales Development - SaaS Firm (5-7 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Lead to join our team. To be successful in this role you need to be hard-working, competitive, and self-motivated. You will own the impact sales will have on PriceLabs' growth story.
- Establish the Sales development process from scratch.
- Manage the inbound lead flow helping prospects go through the buyer funnel.
- Strategize how to develop an outbound program for Global markets (starting with the US & Europe).
- Create metrics, establish processes and deploy tools as necessary to build a scalable program.
- Prepare pitches and email copies for follow-ups with prospects.
- Potentially own end-to-end sales for smaller ticket size customers.
- Set-up and lead a high-quality sales development team.
About You :
- Worked at a SaaS company before in an SDR Lead role reaching out to US markets for 5 years (minimum).
- Either led or been part of the early stages of strategizing for the sales development process.
- Strong analytical background our product is very math and numbers-heavy!
- Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- You love to experiment, are humble, are willing to learn, and are frugal.
