Lead - Sales Counselor - Education (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Regular follow-ups with new and old leads (enquiries) and converting them as enrollments (paid admissions) for courses and programs offered
- Providing career consulting to prospects
- Building close relations with existing customers to generate referral leads
- Developing regular reports and updates on leads conversions, prospects and admissions
- Ability to use our sales tools effectively and generate the leads for the entire sales team
- Handle Walk-in/Telephonic/mail/website enquiries
- Ensure enquiry conversions in enrolments
- Participate in weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions to come up with the new ideas for leads conversions
Requirements:
- Strong experience in the similar role and industry
- Demonstrated track record of target achievements
- Ability to sell at multiple levels
- Excellent relationship building capability
- Strong team management skill
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Well-versed to work in a deadline driven environment
