Job description:
- Must have hard core Recruitment and Staffing service selling experience in to IT, ITes (BPM/BPO), BFSI and Health care industry
- Conceptualize & drive effective sales strategies
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Drive revenue growth from new as well as existing customers
- Meet and exceed defined revenue target
- Develop strong long-term C-Level relationship
- Provide continuous market insight
- Engage & retain clients with regular follow ups & value delivery.
Must have :
- Must have hard core Recruitment and Staffing service selling experience - This is Mandatory
- Must be from Recruitment and Staffing industry - This is Mandatory
Desired Profile :
- Graduate/MBA with 3 to 6 years of hard core Recruitment and Staffing service selling experience in to IT, ITes, BFSI and Health care industry
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skill
- Aggressive and Target oriented
- Should be able to work independently
- Sharp, articulate, energetic with a CAN-DO attitude
