Lead - Sales - AdTech Business (3-5 yrs)
What will you be doing?
As the Sales lead for business, you will be responsible for generating revenue from existing and new relationships with key Agencies, Brands, Trading desks and other advertisers. You will report directly into the Director - Brand and Agency Sales - SEA and work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Business Development, Operations, Analysts, & Creative Services) to ensure aggressive revenue growth. You would operate with a high degree of autonomy and be expected to effectively manage business and develop new business strategies for growth in the market.
- Consistently achieve/ over-achieve revenue goals from key Advertisers. Create and execute quarterly and annual business plans along with stakeholders.
- Build multi-stakeholder partnerships with existing and new accounts and represent company as the thought leader in the advertising ecosystem.
- Provide weekly forecasts and predictability to business and upcoming opportunities.
- Work closely with inventory/supply management teams to pre-empt and fulfill your market's supply needs.
- Collaborate with revenue, delivery and account management teams to ensure high service levels.
- Orchestrate the cross-functional support required to ensure that execution of ad campaigns match up to client needs.
What we require from you:
- 3-5 years of experience in Media Sales or another digital advertising role with sales quota or revenue accountability.
- Strong understanding of Agency/Trading Desk ecosystem and Brand objectives.
- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent practical experience
- Functional Area: Advertising Sales/ Business Development

Must haves:
- Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distil key business insights from data
- Strong Sales Experience & proven versatility in problem solving with extensive contacts across the industry in Agencies/ATD/Brand clients/Advertisers
- Excellent communication & analytical mindset with a strong understanding of the digital ad market place.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Self-Motivated and willing to take ownership and be accountable whilst participating positively in the team dynamics.
