Position: Lead- Sales
Experience: min 8 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The manager will be responsible for winning new business by penetrating new clients.
- Reactivating former/ dormant clients & accounts.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that
meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using
key account metrics.
Accountability:
- Responsible for Key Account Management
- Responsible for generating new business from existing clients as well as new clients.
- Responsible for client servicing.
Qualification / Skills:
- Relevant 5 years of experience is mandatory.
- Post Graduation / MBA in Business Management / Sales or Marketing (preferred).
- Good hold on verbal & written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure.
