Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing sales data to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses in the current sales strategy
2. Creating and implementing a sales plan that aligns with the company's long-term goals
3. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales. Conducting daily, weekly and monthly reviews of these metrics
4. Collaborating with supply and marketing teams to identify target markets and track promotional campaigns
5. Working with the sales team to conduct training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
6. Leading cross-functional projects with Customer Experience, Finance, and Product teams to drive improvements in the sales process, increasing conversion and customer experience
Qualifications :
1. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
3. Previous work experience in operations is a must
4. Travel industry experience is good to have, but not a must
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
7. Experience with Power BI is good to have.
