Description : Lead - Relationships & Engagement/Sales is a person who is responsible for generating Revenue & GP from Existing Customers & by Creating New Customer, Collect Money as per agreed Credit terms. To gather feedback on Competition & Market information to Senior Manager. Also individual will be responsible to build everlasting relations and create value propositions. Individual will be responsible for maintaining and engaging a healthy client base which helps in meeting revenue targets and goals.
- If you are ready continuously working on Identifying NDP with each customer at various level. Discuss with Sr. Manager on NDP of Customers during Review meetings to arrive Solutions & for Adding Value to Services offered there by helping Company to achieve its Mission
- Adherence of Sales Process designed by Company
- New Business Development :
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
- Knowledge of warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Onboards the supplier into the system.
- Knowledge of all Documentation required.
- Directly speaking with agents.
- Excellent knowledge of Rate Cards for transportation.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Maintain SOD as per credit limit & Time.
- Carry - As on date Outstanding Statement of the Customer in every visit
- Develop and Build Relationship with Accounts Department of Customer to ensure collection is made as per Target.
- To Generate Qualified Sales Leads.
- To Meet Existing Customers on periodically to understand his NDP.
