Lead - Presales Development - Business Application (8-10 yrs)

Presales - Business Applications
- 8 - 10 years of Exp
- Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval;
- Own the entire proposal preparation and submission process
- Coordinating requirements with contributors; Contributing proposal status information to review meetings;
- Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information;
- Identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
- Work Closely with Technical teams in preparing and finalizing the technical content/ solution architecture required for the proposals
- Collaborate with Delivery, HR and Talent Acquisition teams in identifying and positioning best fit resources for the project
- Develop/ write proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation;
- Writing, revising, and editing drafts
- Collaborate with internal teams - Process, Travel Desk, Immigration, HR and Legal teams etc. for necessary inputs on the proposal sections
- Work with Finance teams in finalizing the proposal commercials models.
- Assist the delivery teams in preparing the SOW's and other customer agreements.
- Work with Finance and legal teams for getting the sign-off on customer agreements (MSA- s, CR- s, SOW- s)
Qualifications :
- Educational qualifications and Experience
- Graduates in Business Administration or Sales with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
