Job Description / Responsibilities
We are looking for a Lead - Performance Marketing to grow customer acquisition leveraging our digital platforms and social media. You will be responsible for creating and executing a growth plan on customer acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop an acquisition plan across website and social media channels.
2. Design and execute a Media plan/ campaign strategy with clear segmentation and targeting per social media platform.
3. Creative with building targeted engagement and traffic, leveraging analytics and BI tools.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders - Business and Product to refine the acquisition/ engagement plan.
5. Create a budgetary plan with a target CAC optimizing on existing channels and products.
6. Work with leadership team to share insights, create campaign plans and have a process for implementing ideas for growth.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- 3-5 years of experience in SEM/ Digital advertising
- Bias for data driven approaches to understanding consumer behaviour, segmentation and influence traffic growth
- Experience in managing budgets and CAC across LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, FB Ads, Google Search, Youtube Ads
- Focused on the customer and channel effectiveness with a clear task and analytics led model
- Ability to work with high ownership
- Demonstrated capability to create an internal stakeholder engagement/ conversations for feedback and developing new ideas
