The Job
Job Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for several big and small, strategic and tactical tasks and deliverables, given the company is in its early stage.
- Brand building and awareness strategy and plan.
- Lead execution of brand building and awareness plans.
- Conduct market and user research to understand the demand, showstoppers wrt to market reach out and course enrollment activities
- Coordinate & lead several marketing campaigns for each line of courses and overall brand.
- Actively reach out, network and identify people, partners, and ideas to pursue and collaborate to create new opportunities for business.
- Discover, establish, engage, and maintain relationships with strategic and relevant companies, people, and communities
Ideal Candidate :
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience i.e. education, elearning, and startup experience in the areas of business development and or marketing areas.
Preferred skills & competencies from previous work experience & education include:
- Developing marketing campaign strategy for digital & offline and direct and indirect channels.
- Develop, lead, and deliver marketing plans in alignment with business goals and strategy.
- Comprehend, develop, and realize business goals & strategy.
- Deep & thorough understanding of target audience and market environment.
- Identify & procure resources needed for successful execution - people, tools, network etc..
- Must have an ability to apply & generalize skills and strategies from previous work experience and education.
- Must be an excellent problem solver who can comprehend the many aspects of a problem, map the possible solutions, and have a conviction of the best solution.
- Must be a self starter with strong drive and willingness to take on challenging tasks, informed risks and flexibility and intention to learn and persevere.
- Patient, thorough, and diligent in developing strategy, executing deliverables, communication, coordination, and learning & evolving.
- Must have a great sense of ownership, accountability, and a habit of operating with urgency and sensitivity.
- Must possess a positive & welcoming attitude and operate with presence & ease, making it easy for team members, customers, partners to approach and work with.
- Must have the ability to understand different perspectives, approaches, intentions, problem dimensions and operate with clarity, creativity, confidence, and conviction to realize the best possible solution.
