Lead/Manager - Sales/Business Development - Recruitment (6-10 yrs)
We have urgent position for Lead/ Manager -Sales with 6-10 yrs for Recruitment Industry for Mumbai Location (Andheri).
Job Description for the Role of Lead/ Manager (Sales) :-
1. Minimum 6-10 years Total experience with at least 3 years in Corporate & Enterprise Sales in the Recruitment sector
2. Seasoned & Experienced player for New Client Acquisition & Account Mining.
Articulate and excellent communication skills to showcase the Company Product in the most effective manner to various Clients & Stakeholders.
3. Have the ability & a proven track record of helping the company to increase Sales revenue and achieve timely targets as assigned.
4. Ability to always maintain a healthy Sales Pipeline at any given point of time.
5. Ability to independently handle the entire account life cycle from lead stage to closure stage.
6. Directly contribute to the companys growth and always be aligned to the overall Companys Goals and Objectives.
7. A great Team Player who always puts the Companys interest first before self and creates a positive atmosphere and is self-motivated.
8. Should have a good network of existing relationships with the HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads of various Corporate and Enterprise companies. (Preferably in IT, & NON IT Sector)
9. Should be capable of generating leads and getting meetings with HR Heads or Talent Acquisition Heads of various companies to showcase the Company Product.
10, Acquire new clients, maintain, nurture & build excellent relations with existing & new clients alike.
Salary: INR 4,25,000 - 9,25,000 P.A.
