Who we are looking for :
- A Sales Leader with experience in B2C technology sales with excellent people management skills; preferably in the education/edtech space
- A dynamic professional with strong track record of effecting exponential business growth
What We Expect you to do in this Role :
- The position will have a direct responsibility for Sales of the Technology product offerings
- Own business metrics including Enrolments, Revenue, Cost of Acquiring a customer
- Work with the tech content and institute relations teams to positively impact strategy, net promoter score, learner satisfaction.
Key Requirements :
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to use data to identify customer needs and close sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of ecommerce and education technology
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot potential customer issues
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through email, cold calling, and other outreach efforts
- Manage customer relationships and follow up on sales inquiries
- Provide product and service information and pricing to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Analyze customer feedback and use insights to drive sales
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing
- Maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner. Check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions
- Counsel individuals to understand their personal and social challenges affecting their career progression and advise them on how to succeed through education
- Win above industry standard rewards and incentives by achieving set target of enrolments in various programs
- Shortlist and schedule appointment for a discussion via Phone, Skye or in person. Assist the leads on all information actively till closures. Provide correct and authentic information to the prospective participant.
- Travel occasionally, to participate in offline marketing campaigns and engage in structured database outreach campaigns
- Record all information and interactions in CRM software on an ongoing basis.
- Follow policies and procedures for smooth and seamless operations.
- Attend all trainings and learning sessions for self-development.

Key Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficient in using the Internet and web-based applications.
- Strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs.

- Have 6 plus years of experience of Inside Sales
- Have owned revenue numbers before
- Have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage relationships
- Are passionate about Edtech.
- Should have 2 plus years of Tech team handling experience like Data Science, Machine Learning, Cyber Security etc..
- Should have managed the team of 10-15 members.
- Are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
