Who we- re looking for:
- A Performance Marketing Leader with experience in Edtech or Financial Products marketing with excellent people management skills
- A dynamic professional with strong track record of effecting exponential business growth

What We Expect you to do in this Role:
- The position will have direct responsibility for Online and Digital marketing.
- Own business metrics including Cost Per Lead, Cost of Acquiring a customer.
- Work with the tech content and institute relations teams to positively impact net promoter score.
- Manage Search and Display marketing campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliates Partners, Google, and Digital advertising channels.
- Develop a campaign structure according to the program's requirements.
- Monitor and control cost metrics like CPL, CAC under given benchmark.
- Team player to work with cross functional teams, to get the creative, landing page according to the business needs.
- Continuously monitor campaign since spends goes in 24/7 manner, optimize marketing bids and campaign strategies to maximize the ROI.
- Writing ad copies for search campaigns, in-dept understanding on what type of copies works on Facebook, LinkedIn and able to modify/ write the same if required.
- Hands-on expertise on Excel formulas, Pivot to simplify reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports with insights on the campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- You will own the three most important growth metrics - customers acquired, CAC & repeat purchase
- You will build and grow the acquisition funnels across all digital media, primarily google and facebook
- You will design campaign strategies and optimise on a day to day level to ensure the right volume and efficiency
- You will work with the design team for seamless handoff of creatives to support the performance marketing effort
- You will work closely with the product team to iterate on the messaging and value props based on customer feedback
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage the budget and optimize the performance of campaigns in order to maximize ROI.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize the latest technologies and platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and engineering to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns to stakeholders and management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation processes.
- Help develop and execute effective user acquisition and retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience with performance marketing, including campaigns such as affiliate marketing, programmatic display, search marketing, video ads and email marketing.
- Working knowledge of web analytics, conversion optimization, A/B and multi-variant testing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, trends and techniques.
- Proven track record of increasing ROI from digital campaigns.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
Key Skills:
- Experience in running performance marketing campaigns, such as paid search, display ads, retargeting, and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Adwords.
- Proficiency in using online media buying platforms.
- Ability to create effective ad copy and promotional materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and stay organized.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends.

- Experience of driving growth for consumer products, or an early-stage product will be a plus
- Ability to understand and communicate with 'Premium' / 'Aspirational' consumers
