As we continue to expand, we are looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Lead to support our Enterprise Sales Managers across regions.

Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, meeting setup, and sales support to ensure a smooth sales process. This role carries specific targets for monthly meetings and generating qualified leads to drive closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, networking, and marketing support.

- Work towards monthly targets for meeting setup and lead generation to strengthen the sales pipeline.

Sales Coordination & Meeting Setup:

- Coordinate and schedule timely meetings for Sales Managers, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.

Product Knowledge & Client Engagement:

- Develop a deep understanding of our recruitment solutions to effectively communicate value to potential clients.

- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

Sales Reporting & CRM Management:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, updates, and progress in the CRM system.

- Provide data-driven insights to improve sales efficiency and support revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience: 4-5 years in Inside Sales or a similar sales role.

Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales support tools.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
