Lead - Inside Sales - IT (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
Key Requirements :
- 8+ years of proven working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Hands on Experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Team handling
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the work of the inside sales representatives team & evaluate performance.
- Coach, train, monitor & mentor sales representatives' efficiency and day-to-day goals.
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Execute sales analysis and prepare sales reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Generate leads to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Address and efficiently resolve complaints and customers issues.
- Maintaining records of all leads generated and actual sales.
Education/Experience :
Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field.
Experience : 8+ into IT sales, international market, must be involved with generating leads, comfortable for a week for Agra, US market experience majorly, experience in IT sales
- For inside sales manager budget- Upto 18 LPA
Location : Noida but at least one week from their Agra office
Key Set Of Skills : Leadership, Sales Planning, Knowledge of CRM systems, Inbound Sales, Goal- setting, strong analytical skills
