Lead - Inside Sales - IT (7-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement lead generation strategies tailored to the South India market.
2. Rigorously qualify leads using the BANT criteria to ensure high-quality sales pipeline.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize technical and marketing content effectively in the sales process.
4. Stay informed about Accops' product offerings and market trends for effective client communication.
5. Use CRM tools for lead tracking, sales activity reporting, and performance analysis.
6. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on market needs and trends.
7. Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications :
1. 7+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology sector, with a focus on the South India market.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
3. Proven track record in lead generation and sales in the technology industry.
4. Strong understanding of lead qualification methodologies, including BANT.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
7. In-depth knowledge of the South India market and industry trends.
