Lead - Inside Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or business development roles, mandatory in the IT services industry with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment is a plus
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our IT services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to -support sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and sales strategies to optimize performance.
