Lead - Inside Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
- Minimum of 3 years of business development experience
- Strong customer acquisition skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Experience in using database and extracting meaningful data for sales team to reach out to the potential prospects
- Experience & knowledge in cold calling, customer outreach, etc
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synchronize well with team members and stakeholders
- A self-starter and a go-getter
- Managing the inside sales team
- Mentoring and training the team as required
- Maintaining a record of potential leads
- Conducting calls and reaching out to potential leads and setting up appointments
- Maintaining the quality of outbound calls, emails, & messages
- Keeping up consistent and quality communication with stakeholders
- Meeting lead & pipeline targets and enhancing brand visibility
- Working closely with sales, pre-sales, & delivery teams
- Consistently work towards improving team productivity and efficiency
