Lead - Inside Sales - IT (12-16 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients in BFSI, Technology, and Insurance.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients, ensuring the sales team has a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client Outreach : Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including networking events, webinars, and social media, to establish relationships and generate interest.
- Collaboration with Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and support them in converting leads into opportunities.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries to foster trust and facilitate business growth.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Training and Enablement : Support the sales team with training and resources related to lead generation tactics and best practices, enabling them to maximize their effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
-12+ years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or lead generation within IT/ITES companies, particularly in BFSI, fast-growing tech.
- Proven track record in successfully generating leads and driving growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of BPO and BPM services and how they apply to various industries.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
