Inside Sales Lead

Function: Sales

Location: Bangalore

Job Description :

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Outbound calling to establish connects with appropriate CIOs, VPs, Directors, QA Managers of ISVs, Industry verticals for understanding customer IT landscape

- Cold call on an existing / new database of clients/prospects with a view of generating qualified appointments/ teleconferences for the Sales team

- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and sense opportunities on phone

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

- Perform effective online demos to prospects

- Strategically map and translate business problems into opportunities across service / product lines and customer segments

- Identify ideal cross-sell and up-sell scenarios

Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent required

Work Experience and Skills required :

- Must have 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in leadership position in Inside Sales who have been in start ups in B2B or enterprise

- Team handling experience is a must

- Must have Proven experience in sales and inside sales preferably in (Product / License / subscription sales)

- Flexible to work in different shifts (Different US/ Europe Time Zones) with Prior experience in calling US and Europe customers

- Ability to handle inbound calls, as required with Strong phone presence and experience dialling 40 connected calls a day

- Software / IT Industry experience preferred

- Sound understanding of Cold Calling techniques and concepts

- Opportunity mining experience- should be good in requirement elicitation & mining opportunities across integrated IT systems

- Good time management and project management skills

- Persuasive, go-getter with high energy levels

- Excellent email articulation, Excel & Power-Point kills

- Proficient in English and business communication.
