Description of the role:
Shoptimize is seeking talented professionals to become part of a sector defining role. eCommerce is fundamentally changing. A big indicator of this change was the fact that Shopify became the second largest GMV driver in the US second only to Amazon. Consumers are looking to buy directly from the brand and brands are actively looking to sell directly to consumers online. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive 360 degrees digital marketing strategies for high-impact channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Remarketing, Email, SMS, Influencer marketing, etc.
- Be responsible for weekly/monthly growth of client's revenue and advertising spends
- Manage a team of Digital Marketers to achieve the desired monthly, quarterly and yearly goals set across by different clients
- Explore new avenues for client's revenue growth including upcoming advertising inventory Cred, Hotstar, GPay, MagicPin, etc.
- Collaborate with the platform team to deliver strategy across key channels including paid, organic, direct, referrals, emails.
Requirements :
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a growth related role
- Experience in a mid-management position in a Marketing Agency/E-commerce/D2C company
- Data-oriented and have a keen eye for deriving insights from large data sets
- Excited by technology and latest developments in the digital world
- Hungry for your customer's success and growth
- Obsessed with terms like ROAS,ROI, Conv %, DAU, CAC etc.
- Handled monthly ad spends of upwards of 1 Crore
